Consider Your Choices

What are my options?
What support is available to me?
What are some risks associated with abortion?
What are some risks associated with continuing the pregnancy?

If I place my child for adoption – will I ever get to see him/her again?
What if people are pressuring me?

As you attempt to cope with the complex emotions associated with an unintended pregnancy, it becomes increasingly difficult to think clearly about your options. Come in and talk about how you are feeling. We can help to  answer some of the questions that are going around in your head.

“The staff were friendly, gave me answers and  asked questions to understand who I am.” — First Care Clinic Patient

At First Care Clinic we will:

  • Provide evidence-based medical education on your options
  • Talk with you about your feelings, values and fears
  • Explore current life stressors
  • Problem solve with you
  • Examine support systems

We will walk you through your three basic choices:

Parenting – Continuing the pregnancy and becoming a parent.
Adoption – Continuing the pregnancy and letting someone else parent the child.
Abortion – Ending the pregnancy now by having an abortion.

First Care Clinic offers consultations and evidence-based medical education about your pregnancy options; however, we do not offer or refer for abortion services. Our medical personnel are available to help answer any questions you may have.
